Elevate your space with our Room Makeover! We create a personalized design plan just for you, covering everything from furniture selection to color palettes. You receive everything you need to implement your custom design plan.
Included in the design packet are essential tools such as a design concept board to see design elements at a glance, a 3D rendering to visualize your redesigned space, and a detailed floor plan optimizing flow and furniture layout.
Along with comprehensive designer notes, you’ll receive a shopping list with clickable links for easy purchasing. A virtual presentation allows you to review every aspect of your custom design plan with the designer and ask any questions for complete clarity.
Service Includes:
- Design Concept – A visual representation of the design elements and color palette that will bring your space to life.
- 3D Design Visual – See your actual space transformed before your eyes with a 3D rendering. Using Adobe Photoshop, we transform photos of your space.
- Floor Plan – A detailed 2D drawing to optimize your room’s layout and flow.
- Shopping List – A comprehensive list of curated items with links to purchase.
- Designer Notes – Detailed notes and design tips from the designer.
- Presentation Meeting – A virtual meeting where we review your design together and answer any questions you have.
*Please note: Room Makeovers are priced per room type. Due to sourcing, visual renderings, and fair pricing, open-concept spaces are considered separate rooms based on use. For example, an open-concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining, you would select “Kitchen” AND “Living/Dining Combo” from the dropdown menu.
Once the designer receives photos and measurements of your space, there is a currently an estimated 3-4 week turn-around time for your completed design.
NOTE IN-PERSON vs VIRTUAL:
- IN-PERSON Services – available only for projects located with Sonoma and Marin counties in Northern California. All other locations, be sure to select “virtual” for the service type. In-person services include an in-person consultation (up to 1.5-2 hours) with the designer. The designer will also take photos and measure.
- VIRTUAL Services – client will provide photos and measurements of the room.
All sales are final.
