I offer three core services designed to meet a variety of needs and budgets. All three services are available in-person and virtually.

How do I get started?
Simply select the service that best suits your needs on the “Services” page. Select either “in-person” or “virtual” service type. For Room Makeovers, select the room you’d like designed and add to cart. Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with a welcome packet.

What is virtual design (also known as eDesign)?
Virtual design (or eDesign) is a convenient and affordable way to work with a professional designer remotely. It’s perfect for those who:
• Are comfortable managing their own projects.
• Want design guidance but prefer a DIY approach to the actual implementation.
• Have a limited budget, but still desire professional design expertise.
• Don’t live locally but want to work with Mindful Spaces by Nicole.
How does virtual (eDesign) work?
Welcome Packet & questionnaire: After purchasing your design service, you’ll receive an email with a welcome packet that includes instructions on how to take and send before photos of your room, how to send inspiration images, and how to measure your room. You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire about your project, style preferences, and budget.
Design Magic: From there, we begin creating your design
Virtual Design Presentation: Once your room makeover design packet is complete, we’ll schedule a virtual presentation meeting. This is where we review your design packet, answer your questions, and make minor live revisions to ensure you’re happy with your design.
How long does it take to get a Room Makeover design?
Once you’ve purchased you Room Makeover and the designer has received your photos and measurements of your space, there is currently an estimated 3-4 week turnaround for your completed design.
